بررسی اثرات محافظتی منفرد و ترکیبی عصاره‌های زردچوبه (Curcuma longa)، کلپوره (Teucrium polium) و خارمریم (Silybum marianum) بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) در معرض آفلاتوکسین B1

چکیده
این مطالعه اثرات محافظتی منفرد و ترکیبی عصاره‌های زردچوبه (Curcuma longa)، کلپوره (Teucrium polium) و خارمریم (Silybum marianum) را بر شاخص‌های بیوشیمیایی ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) در معرض آفلاتوکسین B1 ارزیابی کرد. در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی، ۴۰۵ قطعه ماهی بهمدت ۲۸ روز در ۹ گروه (کنترل، آفلاتوکسین و آفلاتوکسین همراه با عصاره‌ها) با سه تکرار تغذیه شدند. در پایان دوره، پس از خون‌گیری از ساقه دمی، پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی سرم شامل آنزیم‌ها، پروتئین‌های تام، آلبومین، گلبولین و گلوکز، کلسترول، تری‌گلیسیرید و کراتینین، سنجش شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تغذیه با آفلاتوکسین به‌تنهایی منجر به افزایش معنی‌دار آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (AST)، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز (ALT)، آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP)، لاکتات دهیدروژناز (LDH)، کراتین فسفوکیناز (CPK)، گلوکز، کلسترول، تری‌گلیسیرید و کراتینین و کاهش معنی‌دار پروتئین تام، آلبومین، گلبولین و گاما گلوتامیل ترانسفراز (GGT) نسبت به گروه کنترل گردید (0/05>P). تجویز منفرد عصاره‌ها (به‌ویژه زردچوبه) تأثیر کاهشی معنی‌داری بر بسیاری از این شاخص‌ها نداشت؛ اما ترکیب هم‌افزای عصاره‌ها (به‌خصوص ترکیب سه‌گانه و ترکیب کلپوره با سیلی‌مارین) توانست سطوح AST، CPK، ALP، پروتئین‌های سرمی، کلسترول، تری‌گلیسیرید و کراتینین را به‌طور کامل به محدوده طبیعی بازگرداند. با این وجود، سطوح ALT، LDH و گلوکز در هیچ‌یک از گروه‌های تیمار شده با عصاره‌ها به سطح نرمال بازنگشتند و GGT نیز علی‌رغم افزایش، همچنان پایین‌تر از سطح گروه کنترل باقی ماند. ترکیب این عصاره‌ها با اثر هم‌افزایی، از کبد و کلیه محافظت کرده و شاخص‌های لیپیدی و پروتئینی را بهبود می‌بخشد.

This study evaluated the individual and combined protective effects of Curcuma longa, Teucrium polium, and Silybum marianum extracts on the biochemical indices of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) exposed to aflatoxin B1. In a completely randomized design, 405 fish were fed for 28 days across nine groups (control, aflatoxin, and aflatoxin plus extracts) with three replicates. At the end of the experimental period, blood samples were collected from the caudal peduncle, and serum biochemical parameters including enzymes, total protein, albumin, globulin, glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, and creatinine were measured. Results showed that aflatoxin exposure alone led to a significant increase in aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, and creatinine levels, along with a significant decrease in total protein, albumin, globulin, and gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) compared to the control group (P<0.05). Individual administration of the extracts (particularly turmeric) did not significantly reduce most of these parameters; however, the synergistic combination of the extracts fully restored the levels of AST, CPK, ALP, serum proteins, cholesterol, triglycerides, and creatinine to normal ranges. Nevertheless, ALT, LDH, and glucose levels did not return to normal in any of the extract-treated groups, and GGT, despite an increase, remained lower than the control level. In conclusion, the combined extracts exert synergistic hepatoprotective and nephroprotective effects and improve lipid and protein profiles.
