بررسی مولکولی و ریخت‌شناختی گونه‌های جنس Peronia Fleming, 1822 (نرمتنان، شکم‌پایان) در سواحل ایرانی خلیج‌فارس و دریای عمان

چکیده

جنس Peronia Fleming, 1822 با داشتن 14 گونه از متنوع‌ترین جنس‌های خانواده‌ی Onchidiidae می‌باشد که در آب­ های خلیج­فارس و دریای عمان پراکنش بالایی دارند. علی‌رغم نقش مهم اکولوژیکی آن ­ها در این مناطق، متاسفانه Peronia تاکنون به خوبی مطالعه نشده‌اند. در این مطالعه ضمن تشریح ویژگی ­های ریخت‌شناختی دو گونه از این جنس (Labbé, 1934) P. madagascariensis  و (Cuvier, 1830) P. verruculata با کمک توالی قطعه­ ی یک ژن سیتوکروم اکسیداز، وضعیت قرارگیری آن‌ها در این جنس مشخص شد. در این مطالعه برای اولین سوهانک مربوط به اعضای این جنس در ناحیه­ ی شمال غرب اقیانوس هند بررسی و گونه­ ی P. madagascariensis از آب­ های ایرانی دریای عمان گزارش شد.

چکیده [English]

The genus Peronia Fleming, 1822 by having 14 species, is one of the most diverse genera of the Onchidiidae family, which is highly distributed in the waters of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of ​​Oman. Despite their important ecological role in these areas, unfortunately, they have not been well studied so far. In this study, while describing the morphological characteristics of two species of this genus, Peronia madagascariensis (Labbé, 1934) and P. verruculata (Cuvier, 1830) with the help of a fragment sequence of a cytochrome oxidase gene, their status was determined. In this study, for the first time radulla belonging to the members of this genus in the northwestern Indian Ocean region were photographed and P. madagascariensis was reported from Iranian waters of the Oman Sea.
