In this study, the effect of different levels of hardness on three levels (200, 500 and 100) mg.L and various ratios of calcium to magnesium (100: 0, 80:20, 50:50, 20:80 and 0: 100) on The percentage of hatching, total length and mortality rate of A. franciscana were determined. The results of different levels of hardness and various ratios of calcium and magnesium on the performance of A. franciscana showed that increasing the level of hardness is caused a decrease in the average percentage of hatching (P≤0.05), so that in the 1000 mg.L treatment, the lowest mean hatching rate was recorded as 31±7. In addition, the best ratio of calcium to magnesium ratio was 50:50. On the other hand, the effects of hardness levels and calcium and magnesium ratios on A.franciscana mortality rate showed that with increasing hardness were increased and calcium and magnesium ratios had no effect on mortality rates. Based on the results, the ratio of calcium to magnesium in the hardness 500 mg.l, had highest amount of hatching 73.33±2.35. Also, the hardness increasing caused a decrease in the size of the nauplii length and increased mortality.}, keywords = {Artemia,water hardness,Calcium,Magnesium}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف سختی و نسبت‌های مختلف کلسیم و منیزیم آب بر تخم گشایی و کیفیت ناپلی (Atremia franciscana)}, abstract_fa = {آرتمیا به عنوان مهمترین غذای زنده در دوره‌‌های مختلف لاروی در بسیاری از آبزیان شناخته می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف سختی (200، 500 و 1000 میلی‌‌گرم در لیتر) و نسبت‌های مختلف کلسیم به منیزیم (100:0، 80:20، 50:50، 20:80 و 0:100 درصد)‌ بر درصد تخم‌گشایی، طول کل و میزان مرگ و میر A. franciscana انجام شد. نتایج اثرات سطوح مختلف سختی و نسبت‌های مختلف کلسیم و منیزیم بر روی عملکرد سیست A. franciscana به طور معنی داری (0.50≥P) نشان داد که افزایش میزان سطح سختی، باعث کاهش میانگین درصد تخم‌گشایی سیست‌ها شده است به گونه‌ای که در تیمار 1000 میلی‌گرم در لیتر به طور معنی داری کمترین میانگین میزان تفریخ 7±31 مشاهده شد. همچنین بهترین نسبت میزان کلسیم به منیزیم، نسبت برابر 50:50 تعیین شد. از سویی نتایج تاثیر سطوح سختی و نسبت‌های کلسیم و منیزیم بر روی درصد مرگ و میر A. franciscana نشان داد که با افزایش میزان سختی، تلفات افزایش یافته ولی نسبت‌‌های کلسیم و منیزیم تاثیری در میزان مرگ و میر نداشته است. براساس نتایج در نسبت برابر کلسیم به منیزیم در سختی 500 میلی‌گرم در لیتر بیشترین میزان تخم گشایی 2/35±73/33 درصد حاصل شد. همچنین افزایش میزان سختی سبب کاهش اندازه طول کل ناپلی حاصل از تخم گشایی و افزایش میزان مرگ و میر شد. نتایج نشان داد که بهترین نسبت کلسیم و منیزیم برای تفریخ سیست گونه آرتمیا A. franciscana نسبت مساوی کلسیم به منیزیم 50:50 میباشد و هرچه نسبت کلسیم و منیزیم تغییر کند، از میزان تفریخ در تمام سطوح سختی کاسته و بر میزان تلفات افزوده می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {آرتمیا,سختی آب,کلسیم,منیزیم}, url = {http://www.aquaculturesciences.ir/article_69785.html}, eprint = {http://www.aquaculturesciences.ir/article_69785_8a937d85560a82cbd07e31c6dc5bc5c3.pdf} }
