A total of 450 of fish (with mean initial body weight of 2.09±0.52 g) were divided into five experimental groups (3 replicates each) for 40 days. Experimental diets and biofloc were identical in all, except for the variation in probiotic levels. Two levels of probiotic bacillus and one control was designed which includes; A probiotic was used at 0 (control), Aqua 1: 1.5×108 (T1) and 3×108 (T2), Aqua 2: 1.5×108 (T3) and 3×108 (T4) Inoculation in the culture water. The end of experiment, Mean feed and growth parameters in all probiotic treatments had a significant increase compared to control treatment. The results showed that the highest and lowest final weight was related to T4 (9.31±1.52 g) and control (6.67±0.78 g).  Body composition was measured so that the highest protein content and lowest lipid content were obtained in T1 treatment. Water quality analysis was carried out on days 6, 23 and 40.  At the end of the experiment (day 40), the concentration of ammonia was not significantly different between the control and experimental treatments, while the concentration of nitrate was changed. Based on the results of this study, the probiotic Bacillus at 3×108 in T4 treatment had a positive effect on feed and growth indices of common carp in biofloc system but did not effect on ammonia.}, keywords = {Water analyze,Biofloc,Probiotic,Growth parameters,Carcass composition}, title_fa = {تاثیر افزودن پروبیوتیک های تجاری در سیستم بیوفلاک: بررسی کیفیت آب، عملکرد رشد و تغذیه و ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی بدن ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio)}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر سطوح مختلف سوسپانسیون باسیلوس های پروبیوتیکی (آکوا 1 و 2) بر پارامترهای کیفی آب، عملکرد رشد و تغذیه و همچنین ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی بدن بچه ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) انجام شد. در مجموع تعداد 450 قطعه بچه ماهی (میانگین وزن اولیه 0/59±2/09 گرم) در 5 گروه آزمایشی (هر تیمار دارای 3 تکرار) بهمدت 40 روز به طور تصادفی توزیع شدند. جیره غذایی و بیوفلاک در همه تیمارها یکسان بود و فقط سطوح استفاده از پروبیوتیک متغییر بود. دو سطح باسیلوس پروبیوتیک و یک شاهد طراحی که شامل پروبیوتیک با مقادیر صفر (شاهد)، آکوا-1: 108× 1/5 (T1) و 108× 3 (T2) و همچنین آکوا-2: 108× 1/5 (T3) و 108×3 (T4) تلیقح شده در محیط پرورش بودند. در انتهای دوره پرورش، میانگین پارامترهای رشد و تغذیه در کلیه ی تیمارهای پروبیوتیکی افزایش معنی داری در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد داشت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین وزن نهایی بدن به ترتیب در تیمار T4  (9/31±1/52 گرم) و شاهد (0/78±6/67 گرم) به ثبت رسید. بیشترین و کمترین میزان پروتئین و چربی بدن در تیمار T1 بهدست آمد. آنالیز کیفی آب در روزهای 6، 23 و 40 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که در روز 40ام، غلظت آمونیاک بین تیمار شاهد و تیمارهای آزمایشی تفاوت آماری معنی دار نداشت (0/05>P) درحالی که غلظت نیترات تغییر یافت. براساس نتایج باسیلوس های پروبیوتیکی به میزان 108×3 در تیمار T4 بر شاخص های رشد و تغذیه ماهی کپور معمولی در سیستم بیوفلاک تاثیر مثبت داشت اما بر آمونیاک آب تاثیری نداشت.}, keywords_fa = {آنالیز آب,بیوفلاک,پروبیوتیک,پارامترهای رشد,ترکیب لاشه}, url = {http://www.aquaculturesciences.ir/article_96563.html}, eprint = {http://www.aquaculturesciences.ir/article_96563_6364d517e6805b61149fa1b123d36311.pdf} }
